Payment Methods Accepted:

Credit Cards:
Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships. Once a card is authorized the dollar amount will be frozen in your account, in order to ensure that these funds are available when your card is charge (once your order is shipped)

Please make sure that your billing information submitted with your order corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to hbwatches.com that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.

Different Shipping and Billing Addresses:
We recommends that billing and shipping addresses should be identical whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted to hbwatches.com must be verified. We offer the option to ship to different shipping and billing addresses, but customer service may contact you to provide additional information.


Note to Fraudulent orders:
We take online fraud seriously! If a bogus order is submitted, we will notify the card holder, the credit card company, and cooperate with Federal authorities to prosecute anyone attempting to use stolen credit cards to purchase products. All fraudulent orders will be turned over immediately to the FBI, and local police in your immediate area, and we will cooperate with them in all attempts to prosecute offenders.

Checks:
Payment via money order, cashier's check, personal check or certified bank have an average of a 1-2 weeks processing time depending on how long it takes for your check to clear.

New York State Sales Tax:
HB Watches is located in NY, U.S.A. We are required by law to collect sales tax from New York residents for purchases delivered within New York. New York sales tax is not applicable to merchandise shipped outside of New York to residents of other states. We do not collect sales tax for other states.

If the item is shipped inside New York you will be charged 8.25%.

If for whatever reason our website overcharges the sales tax on your purchase, contact us and we will correct it immediately.

Compliance with any other state sales or use tax is the responsibility of the customer. Contact your state’s tax division for more information.

Pricing Errors:
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we are not obligated to honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.

Delivery Time:
Domestic: 2-5 days.
International: 4-10 days (times are just estimates, your delivery time may vary)

Check Payment:
If payment is made by cashier's check or personal checks then the merchandise will be held until the check clears - usually a minimum of 2 days, at times up to 7 days from the time we receive it - at which point the goods will be shipped.

Shipping Costs & Carriers:
Domestic: USPS: $6.05 all over the USA (Priority Mail) UPS: $10 and up.
International: USPS: First class international - $12.50-14.50 ( no tracking number), Express Mail (recommended)- $28-$33 (Includes a tracking number with faster shipping time)

International Shipping:
Duty:
We will not charge any duty for an international order. International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Order Tracking:
USPS Priority mail provides a shipping confirmation number which will be posted on your account page once your item has been shipped.

APO/FPO Addresses:
Same price as shipping within the USA. Will ship via USPS Priority mail.

Privacy Policy:
We keep strict confidence of all customer information and will not disclose it to any third parties. HB Watches does not sell mailing lists and will not disclose your name, email address, mailing address, etc. to any non-related third parties. Information is collected for the sole purpose of preparing, processing, and shipping orders and advertising our merchandise.

Defective Item:
If item arrives with a manufacturers defect you may return it for an exchange or refund within 10 days of when the item was delivered to you. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 10 days of when the item was delivered to you. Shipping fees are non refundable. In the event the item you purchased was shipped free, we will deduct the proper shipping charges from your refund. There will be a 10% restocking fee when returning items.

Return Policy Specifications:
Returns or exchanges received after the 10-day period will not be accepted. Watches with links removed, as well as watches without all original packaging and manuals will also not be accepted.

hbwatches.com must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped to the customer. We will not accept any returns that show signs of being used, sized or worn.

We cannot issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the face or band. All packaging and manuals included with the returned product must be received in the same new condition as originally sent to the customer. We do not sell used items and will not accept any watch with any indication that shows use by the consumer.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for items returned back to hbwatches.com. All returns take about 1 week to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued and our customer profiles are updated. We always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item purchased.

All returns not accepted by hbwatches.com will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.
